Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused and unworn

All original tags, packaging, dust bags, and accessories must be included

Products must be returned in original condition

Items showing signs of wear, damage, washing, or use may be rejected

Used or worn items are not eligible for refunds.

How To Start a Return

To request a return, contact our support team with:

Your order number

Reason for return

Photos (if the item arrived damaged or incorrect)

Once approved, return instructions and the return address will be provided.

Return Shipping Options

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide:

Photos of the item

Photos of the tags

Photos clearly showing the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will provide further return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within approximately 5 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Worn or used products

Final sale items

Pre-owned or preloved items

Gift cards

Late or Rejected Returns

Returns shipped outside the 14-day return period may be rejected and returned to the sender.

Returns that do not meet our conditions may also be denied. Additional shipping costs for rejected returns are the responsibility of the customer.
